Shahzad is an experienced entrepreneur with many successful assisted business startups to his name. Known to his friends as the missing Dragon, Shahzad has been involved in business since 2003. His business acumen and financial understanding has enabled his portfolio of success to grow over the years. Shahzad has used the 15 years of acquired understanding of the UK Security Industry, gained from the success of STM Security to start a new venture with the inception of Cutlass Group, a new vibrant Security Organisation with an aim to be the #1 security company of choice through consistent positive delivery at all levels of service provision.

Steve Chapman
Group Managing Director
Steve has over 30 years of industry experience within man guarding, events, and training, working with some of the leading suppliers throughout his time in the industry. He later transitioned into compliance and has spent the last 15 years covering various standards including ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, CE marking 1090, UKCA marking, and the SIA approved contractor scheme. Having joined Cutlass in 2020, he enhanced the organisation’s compliance and swiftly moved into business development, securing a large contract within the first two months. Steve’s vision is to ensure the business meets and exceeds expectations through effective business continuity and growth.
